Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Looking4quickhousesale.co.uk reserves the right to change these terms of agreement at any time, without prior notification, it is your responsibility as an affiliate to periodically check for changes that may be made to this agreement. When necessary we will send out a notice of change by electronic communication to your registered e-mail address. Only registered members of the Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk Affiliate Program are eligible to participate in our affiliate program. What Is Required From You? Be a registered member of Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk (Registration is free) Have a Paypal account to which we can send payments to. Minimum age for participation is 18. Affiliates are rewarded according to the the valid applications that are completed as a result of their referral. Affiliates are to use the code which is provided in their User Control Panel accessible by clicking on "Log In" from the menu bar when logged into the Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk members area. The code will appear as http://www.looking4quickhousesale.co.uk/affiliates/track/xxx.php whereby "xxx" is a number unique to you given when you join the program. By using this code, all sign ups under your referral can be accurately tracked using an IP and cookie system on the registrants computer which will attribute the referral to you. The number of unnique hits and successful sign-ups is also shown in your user control panel. Affiliates are rewarded a flat rate of £5 for each successful APPLICATION (not sales). Applications are done for free on our website. Payouts are sent to your Paypal account on the 4th of each month for the earnings of the previous month, provided that these earnings reach a total of GBP £20.00/US$40.00 (or equivalent) or above. If your balance does not reach this threshold for any given month, this balance will be rolled over to the following month. Affiliates who successfully manage to generate 100 or more lead applications are automatically promoted to our next commission level of £10 per valid lead. Affiliates are also rewarded £1 per lead for the leads that other affiliates who they have referred generate. Please note that we do not condone any spamming or use of malicious software or internet programs to promote our services in order to gain affiliate earnings. This includes, but is not limited to, spam via email, instant messaging, ICQ, chat rooms, message boards, or online forums. Unsolicited advertising in any form is not condoned in any manner and any affiliate found to be involved in any of these type of activities will be terminated without payment compensation. Any affiliate whose site promotes or contains offensive and illegal content such as Warez, Child Pornography, acts of violence, sites that promote illegal activity, terrorism, anti-government activity or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability or sites that infringe upon 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent, or any intellectual property rights will have their account terminated immediately, this includes, but is not limited, fraudulent activity against any other program will have their account terminated without notice. We Reserve The Right to: Terminate any affiliate for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud or suspected fraud. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the submission of unauthorized purchases, or providing unsolicited advertisements. Deny referral commissions from referred purchases which are returned for any reason. Not reveal the reasons for termination of referred affiliates. From time to time to send e-mail notifications to affiliates with regard to system updates, promotions, or offers. In the event that Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk discontinues its affiliate program, it will pay all affiliates the balance of their accounts. If your account is terminated, you MUST immediately discontinue using Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk names and images and representations of Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk in any manner. The flat rate commission of referred members will last as long as this affiliate program is running. You as an affiliate agree to defend and indemnify Looking4QuickHouseSale.co.uk and its directors, officers, agents, and employees for any and all losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and expert witnesses' fees) incurred or arising from: Any breach of these terms. Any user-generated content off our site or Any claims arising from the sale or license of goods or services promoted or made available through any promotional campaign you may conduct to gain referrals.
